I’m Josh Prickett, a systems-level engineer and data leader who has spent more than 26 years inside one of the most demanding manufacturing environments on the planet. I have led global teams responsible for factory management systems, real-time prioritization logic, and analytics platforms that supported billions of dollars of output.

My work includes building the first cross-site lot-prioritization engines, virtual factory views that collapsed 10–15 minute status checks into under two minutes, and ML-driven shepherding systems that caught downstream issues before they burned wafers or schedule.
